- Huge 1650 sq ft compared to an average 1,100-1200 sq ft. 2br/2ba beach condo. The hallway to extra wide. The kitchen and cabinets, the hall way, the dining and living rooms are so much bigger than the traditional 2br/2ba beach condo.
- The unit has been newly updated with beach themes,new furniture, and board and batten is main living area, The carpet has been replaced by wood look plank tile flooring. The appliances are all new stainless appliances with a double oven including one convection.
- The bathrooms both have soaking Jacuzzi tubs with jets. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower with glass doors and body sprayers for cleaning all that sand off.

Orange Beach is a family friendly beachfront town. Escape to Orange Beach 1103 is beachfront with a balcony that overlooks the powder white sand. It is very close to dining, shopping and other beach activities. Escapes to the Shores is a lower density complex with only 100 units. So the beaches and pools are not overly crowded like other bigger resorts. Although it is a lower density building, it DOES NOT lack in amenities (see below). Escapes to the Shores is considered a luxury complex, due to its large square footage, high ceilings, enclosed air conditioned hallways and top of the line amenities.

Included in the rental is a complimentary set of lounger chairs (2 chairs, 1 umbrella, ) to be started in 2021. These are set aside for guest of 1103. Just ask the attendant your unit number and he will designate one for your use at no cost. This free service is available from Mid March-Mid October.

Beach towels provided in the rental. These red and white striped beach towels are yours to use free with unit rental. Please make sure they return to the unit.

About the Owner
We fell in love with this condo after looking at many other condo buildings. It was a little more expensive but was way more than worth the increase in price and higher HOA fees. The amenities were superior to other units with a larger outdoor infinity pool with kids pool, splash pad, nice out door grills and eating area, indoor pool, sauna, workout room, etc. The rooms were 50" bigger and you could tell it. The kitchen was also much larger. The views were similar to other units as many have spectacular views. The master bedroom's view while you lay in bed in unobstructed and beautiful through the large winows. The bathrooms were twice as big as other units and both have jacuzzi tubs. The master bath has a huge tile walk in shower with body sprayers. The condo building is close to restaurants, groceries, etc.Location
